Must manage End-to-End IT support for Networking, Firewall, Server, Storage, Software Solutions by remote or physically. Assessing customer's needs and rectify the problem followed by a technical discussion with clients/consultants & preparation of a techno-commercial proposal in accordance with the specifications.
